Business Analyst
ROLE OVERVIEW
You will sit between customers and delivery teams — mapping business processes, documenting requirements and validating that implemented functionality matches how the customer actually operates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
01Run requirement sessions and document business processes.
02Prepare functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
03Support testing, training and go-live activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience gathering and documenting software requirements.
Clear written and spoken English and Arabic.
Analytical approach to process and data.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Domain knowledge in leasing, mortgage or consumer finance.
Familiarity with SQL for data validation.
