Implementation & Support Specialist
ROLE OVERVIEW
You will support customers through implementation and day-to-day operation — configuring systems, resolving issues and coordinating with development teams on escalations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
01Configure system parameters for customer requirements.
02Handle support requests and track resolution.
03Deliver user training and prepare operational documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
Comfort with databases and application configuration.
Willingness to work on customer sites when needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with financial or ERP products.
Exposure to Oracle environments.
